Store Return Policy (30-Day Window)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help make the return process simple and straightforward.
1. Eligibility Window
* Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom-made items
* Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
4. Return Process
1. Request a Return: Please email us at horizonpicksllc@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the Item: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of your package and mail the item to the address provided in the instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
* Faulty/Damaged Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and the return shipping costs will be free.
* Standard Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment .
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
* If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest fulfillment.
